Rebecca
was such a unique trainer, so much more interactive and engaging than I
had ever experienced. I was able to learn so much in such a short
amount of time, things I could practice with patients individually as
well as in groups. She did not lecture, but involved us in every step
of the learning process.
She realizes that the best way to learn is to practice the tools
yourself. At the end of the session, there was much more we wanted to
stay and learn, and I am eager to take another training from such a
knowledgable and personable trainer!

“Rebecca's
personality and creativity are extraordinary! No one wanted the
sessions to be over at the end of the day. They enjoyed the "hands on",
interactive approach, that she does so well. Her personality sparkles
and draws you to her. Each time the remarks from staff were "this was
the best training ever." Her top qualities: Personable, Expert,

I
administered the twelve questions to my staff and shared all of our
results. All were amazed how accurately the results pin-pointed each
individual.

During
your first class I initially thought, what in the (heck) is this all
about? As we got deeper into the subject I excitedly realized how
helpful this information was going to be to me! Thank you, I am looking
forward to the remainder of the series.

I
think that this has been the most useful, pertinent and valuable
training that the bank has provided so far. It was far superior to any
other training that I have received so far.

I wanted to tell you, you are a wonderful teacher and taught at a level
that everyone could understand and I have been able to use quite a bit
of what I learned in my department at work. Again, thank you so very
