How do we begin? A 'needs assessment' will be conducted at your convenience over the phone or through a visit to your business or facility when applicable.  By asking you a few questions and listening to your concerns we can best determine how to help you achieve your goals.  Also, every workshop module is two to four hours in length depending on the depth of the material you wish to have presented to your employees.  All workshops are also designed to stand alone or build upon each other based on your particular needs.  

 
What if I am not certain as to which topics would be best for us to focus on? We possess a wealth of experience in helping clients determine which topics and areas of focus will best help you achieve the goals you desire to attain. For example, often times clients have a strong sense that their employees don't interact with one another effectively, or feel that they are lacking team effort.  Perhaps there is underlying conflict or lack of overall motivation or lack of productivity being experienced.  Maybe lack of initiative or leadership ability is the culprit.  What ever the problems or concerns one may have we are able to pinpoint specific areas where improvement can be achieved through one or more of the workshops  and training programs we offer. All discussions are kept confidential and together we will build a program for your workers which will be challenging, educational and results driven.


I've sat through boring classes which were not very helpful to me, what makes yours different? We pride ourselves on our ability to create innovative, fun, hands-on workshops which keep all participants involved, thinking and doing!  We are known for our interactive activities and participant input. We do not use stale, off the shelf, memorized material and formats.  In fact, we customize all presentations and workshops to meet your specific interests and needs.  We have had clients request that their training revolve around everything from zany themes to more buttoned down, serious class presentations.  Regardless of the choice you make the atmosphere in our workshops is always comfortable, fun and upbeat and people leave feeling excited to implement what they have learned! Tell me about your time frames, fees, etc. We have trained both large and small businesses and organizations.  One-on-one coaching and consulting, small groups of 10-20 people per session to auditoriums filled with people.
We train Monday through Saturday providing morning, afternoon and/or evening sessions; generally from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  We are here to train your people when they are available and we know that those industries which run 24-7 and/or have shift work involved require special consideration in order to accommodate those involved in the training. Our fees are based on the services and/or the type and length of training one needs.  Whether it be a keynote address or an 8, 12, 32 hour series of classes designed to build on one another we gauge our fees accordingly.  Our fees are very competitive within the industry and very doable based on your allowed training budget.  For some industries government grants are also available and we can discuss this during your needs assessment.


Do you only train managers and supervisors? We coach and/or train everyone who may benefit from the services we offer; people from all walks of life and work levels.  CEO's and company presidents to the most recent high school grad new hire.  In addition, we train associations and other professional organizations as well as church and community groups.  For businesses, your training sessions may include individuals from one specific realm such as team leaders or supervisors or you may wish to mix up the participants. Placing people from all work levels, departments and walks of life per class can also be very effective.  The decision is up to you based on what you desire to achieve; we can discuss this during our needs assessment conversation.

 
Where do you train and who? We have trained locally as well as throughout the country.  We offer classes on site at your place of business, on some college campuses, and hotel conference rooms, etc.  We strive to facilitate your classes in an environment which is most accessible and comfortable for your employees or organization.
